Requirements:

• Male or Female; Age 28 – 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
• At least more than 5 years experience as facilitator/trainer
• Certified as Facilitator/Trainers
• Has proven capabilities on Modules Development
• Has good communication skill as well as presentation skill
• Possesses interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
• Young, dynamic, open mind and fast learner.
• Have a good motivation in learning orientation, develop others and excellence coach.
• Willing to be located at Karawaci Office.
