Syarat dan Ketentuan :
- Program kuis berlaku untuk pelanggan First Media yang berlangganan combo Family, Family Plus, Dlite, Elite yang sudah berlangganan channel HBO dan atau pelanggan First Media yang berlangganan combo Supreme, Maxima, Ultimate, Infinite dan sudah mengunduh aplikasi HBO GO melalui PlayStore atau AppStore dalam periode bulan April, Mei dan Juni 2019.
- Periode kontes dari 22 April 2019 hingga 14 July 2019.
- 1 (satu) akun pelanggan hanya berhak memenangkan 1 (satu) hadiah selama periode kontes.
- Hadiah tersedia untuk 125 pelanggan pertama yang menjawab pertanyaan kuis dengan benar setiap minggunya (secara perorangan selanjutnya disebut sebagai “Pemenang”, dan secara kolektif, disebut sebagai “Para Pemenang”).
- Periode kuis setiap minggunya didetailkan sebagai berikut :
- 22 April – 5 Mei 2019
- 6 Mei – 19 Mei 2019
- 20 Mei – 2 Juni 2019
- 3 Juni – 16 Juni 2019
- 17 Juni – 30 Juni 2019
- 1 Juli – 14 Juli 2019
- Para Pemenang yang terpilih akan menerima hadiah dalam bentuk kode voucher yang bisa diakses melalui menu INBOX di aplikasi My FirstMedia di akhir bulan selanjutnya.
Contoh : Para Pemenang kuis untuk periode 6 Mei – 19 Mei 2019 yang telah diinfokan, akan menerima kode voucher melalui menu INBOX di aplikasi My FirstMedia paling lambat di tanggal 30 Juni 2019.
- Pelanggan harus mengunduh aplikasi My FirstMedia dan login menggunakan FIRST ID pelanggan untuk bisa menerima hadiah voucher.
- Keputusan pemilihan pemenang mutlak ditentukan oleh First Media dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
- Dengan berpartisipasi dalam kuis ini, pelanggan dianggap sudah mengerti, memahami dan menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Program kuis dan hadiah ini disponsori oleh HOME BOX OFFICE (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“HBO ASIA”) dan penerimaan hadiah mengikuti syarat dan ketentuan dari HBO ASIA yang sudah ditentukan.
- The Winner acknowledges and agrees that:
a. risk and title in and to the Prize vests in the Winner upon his/her collection of the Prize;
b. the Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind;
c. the validity of the Prize cannot be changed and if the Winner loses the chance to utilise the Prize, no other prize or compensation (monetary or otherwise) shall be awarded; and
d. HBO Asia reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed Prize in any manner in which it deems fit. - HBO Asia and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated, associated and related companies (collectively, “Affiliates” and each, an “Affiliate”) and its employees, directors, officers, third party agents or representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) shall not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation of any kind for any cancellations of, changes in any component of Prize, any injury, loss/ damage to property, death, incapacity or illness of the Winner, any expenses incidental and/or related to the Winner, whether by reason of force majeure or otherwise, while utilising the Prize, while carrying out activities in relation to the Prize or for any reason whatsoever in connection with the Prize. For the purposes of this section, “force majeure” means any unforeseeable event outside of HBO Asia’s or any of the Affiliate’s control, which may include war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, flight cancellations, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, sickness, quarantine, adverse weather conditions and any other similar events.
- By accepting the Prize, the Winner unconditionally and irrevocably grants HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives the right and consents to the use his/her personal information (including his/her name, email address and/or photo) (collectively, “Personal Data”) for purposes of:
a. administration of the Prize (including, without limitation, displaying any Personal Data on or through the internet;
b. authentication and/or verification of any information submitted by the Winner in relation to the Travel Prize; and
c. any promotional and/or marketing activities undertaken by HBO Asia and/or any party authorized by HBO Asia,
in accordance with the HBO Asia’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and/or any applicable privacy and data protection laws. - In addition to the above, the Winner unconditionally and irrevocably grants HBO Asia, and its Affiliates and Representatives and/or any party authorized by HBO Asia, a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use any material submitted as a part of their entry into the Contest, and any image, video footage, voice, likeness or other material that features or otherwise includes the Winner (the “Works”) in any manner, for any purpose HBO Asia may see fit, including for editorial, advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes, without further compensation, in all forms of media now known or hereafter invented, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Winner shall waive any moral rights or similar rights he/she may have in the Works or any part thereof throughout the world and undertakes not to object to any use of the Works by HBO Asia and/or any party authorized by HBO Asia.
- The Winner acknowledges and agrees that copyright and all intellectual property rights in and to the “HBO” and “Game of Thrones” marks and any related service and programme marks, brands, program titles, visuals, photos, names and likenesses of characters and/or performers (collectively, “HBO Property”) belong to Home Box Office, Inc. and the Winner shall not and has no right to use any HBO Property in any way whatsoever.
- HBO Asia reserves the right to amend or vary any component of Prize.
- By participating in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize, the Winner shall indemnify and keep HBO and its Affiliates and Representatives indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs suffered and/or incurred by HBO Asia and/or any of its Affiliates and/or Representatives as a result of the Winner’s:
a. participation in this Contest;
b. utilization/enjoyment of the Prize and/or any act or omission pertaining thereto; and/or
c. breach of the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions. - If the Winner is required to pay any kind of taxes, including withholding tax, gift tax, duties, charges, levies in relation to the Prize as required under any applicable law, the same shall be solely and exclusively borne by the Winner.
- By participating in this Contest, the Winner hereby agrees that he/she shall not, directly or indirectly, give, promise or offer and undertake not to give, promise or offer money, donations, gifts or other benefits whatsoever in order to influence with corrupt intent HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives, or any private person or business, or any employee or official of any government or government related establishment or public international authority, any political party (or candidate or official), or anyone acting on HBO Asia and/or any of its Affiliates’ and/or Representatives’ behalf, in the exercise of authority or in connection with obtaining any improper benefit or advantage with respect to the Prize or any matter covered by the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions or otherwise take any action (or fail to take action when required) that would violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act 2010 or any applicable local laws and/or regulations.
- By participating in the Contest, it shall be construed that the subscriber has waived his/her right to:
a. raise any dispute with regard to the Prize and/or in any manner whatsoever in connection to the Prize; and/or
b. file in person and/or through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum against HBO Asia and each of its Affiliates and Representatives, or to claim any damages or reliefs otherwise. - Any one or more clauses, stipulations and/or provisions of the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions, or any part thereof, which is declared or adjudicated to be illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable under any applicable law in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating, vitiating or rendering unenforceable the remaining clauses, stipulations or provisions of this Agreement, and any such illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate, vitiate or render unenforceable any such clauses, stipulations or provisions in any other jurisdiction nor invalidate the remaining provisions of the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions.
- By submitting an entry to the Contest, the Winner acknowledges that he/she:
a. has read and understood the Contest terms and conditions which include information on how to enter, how the Winner will be determined, the Prize and how Personal Data will be collected,
retained, used and shared; b. expressly agrees to be bound by the HBO Asia Terms and Conditions, including in particular those relating to the collection, retention, use and sharing of Personal Data; and
c. confirms that he/she is not in breach of any law in his/her country of residence regarding the legality of entering the Contest.
For the avoidance of doubt, HBO Asia and its Affiliates and Representatives shall not be responsible for any individual entering the Contest unlawfully or otherwise in breach of any local laws.
